Installation tool for Cosinus Slide, e-slide, e-straight and Omega 3 mm joints.
Joint installation tool mini
New joint installation tool that includes a magnetic spirit level. This universal installation tool is designed to work with different joint types and has a maximum lifting height of 22cm. With this tool, you can now install joints with ease and precision.
L-plate
L-shaped steel plate, size 450 x 140 x 3 mm, to fix joints and prevent lateral movements.
L-Profile
These L-profiles are often installed with electro-galvanized applications at door and gate openings and at some quays. Vanes have been attached to the inner side to improve anchorage in concrete. One side of the profile has Ø8 mm holes, which are useful for potentially being fastened in existing floor portions. Besides providing a finish, these L-profiles also offer protection to the poured concrete.

Adjustable steel feet to level and place joints, 4 pcs per joint/section of 2,60 m.
Bec joint (lost formwork)
These are 2 mm thick steel end-profiles that can not be recovered again. Therefore this profile is also known as permanent (lost) formwork. The V-groove application is typical for this profile and provides the extra rigidity and strength required to support the lateral pressure being exerted by the poured concrete. Available in heights from 60 mm up to 300 mm (and even more). Comes in standard lengths of 3 meters.
Fixing pins and round dowels
Pins are indispensable for the installation of our Bec expansion joint. They can also be used for additional bracing. We recommend our standard Ø 14 x 600 mm length pins for installations of our profiles. For a clear description of the installation and operation of pins, we refer you to the installation of the joints. We can also supply dowels in all lengths, thickness and in different steel qualities.
